Dun & Bradstreet is seeking a Digital Demand Generation Specialist to drive brand awareness and demand for Central Eastern European markets. This role is crucial for boosting business revenue by coordinating and executing integrated demand generation campaigns. You will collaborate with a dynamic Marketing team and various stakeholders, including Marketing, Operations, Website Development, Creative, and Brand teams. Reporting to the European Head of Digital Demand, you will work closely with CEE Marketing Managers and Digital Demand Managers in other regions.
Must have:
  • 3+ years experience in demand generation/campaigns
  • Experience with SEO, PPC, paid social, email marketing, CRM
  • Skilled at agency management
  • Strong reporting capabilities

The role
 
This position will be responsible for driving brand awareness and demand for Central Eastern European markets. This role will be part of a matrix organisation and will be fundamental to driving business revenues through the successful coordination and delivery of our integrated demand generation campaigns.  You will have the opportunity to be part of a strong and dynamic Marketing team and work with a varied group of stakeholders across the business, from Marketing, Operations, Website development, Creative and Brand teams. In particular this role will work closely with our CEE Marketing Managers and the Digital Demand Managers in the other regions.  The role will report to the European Head of Digital Demand.

Responsibilities:

    • Working closely with local Marketing Managers to understand their campaign plans, goals and strategy, then lift plans to coordinate and execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns to drive business revenue.
    • Build and execute media programs (considering but not limited to Programmatic, Paid Search, Paid Social, Site Direct, Content Syndication)
    • Work closely with the other Digital Demand Managers and Head of European Digital Demand to plan and execute campaign related paid media tactics.
    • Coordinate with local Marketing Manager’s, content team and Marketing Ops on the creation of new landing pages in support of digital demand generation programs
    • Define clear and measurable goals for all campaigns, programs and tactics prior to launch
    • Work closely with Marketing Operations and Analytics team to ensure attribution and tracking is set up across programs for reporting at channel level (traffic, spend, revenue, ROI and other performance KPIs)
    • Analyse digital demand generation programs to ensure they are meeting or exceeding targets, and develop recommendations for improvements
    • Monitor the performance of digital demand generation campaigns and reporting the results to relevant stakeholders on a regular basis
    • Look for ways to optimise campaign performance and run A/B testing components as part of each campaign.
    • Day to day management of media agency relationships
    • Budget management of campaigns ensuring there is no overspend or underspend
    • Be point of contact for European paid media best practices
    • Ongoing sharing and execution of industry best practices with team
    • Actively sharing campaign learnings, recommendations and best practice with Digital Demand Team and European marketing team as appropriate
    • Partner with local Marketing Managers to gather requirements of all digital campaign elements using campaign checklist.  This will include but not be limited to: data lists, email copy, nurture flow plans, creative elements for email banners, landing pages and ads, ad copy for social and paid.
    • Partner with Marketing Ops to use the CDP for target lists
    • Create/update campaign specific website landing pages using templates, leveraging Marketing Ops team support for form & Marketo program updates.

Requirements:

    • 3+ years experience in demand generation/campaigns experience
    • Experience with digital marketing principals such as SEO, PPC, paid social, e-mail marketing, CRM software
    • Skilled at agency management
    • Strong reporting capabilities with the ability to track multi-channel campaign performance
    • Ability to manage budgets
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • A proactive nature and hands-on approach
    • Ability to work quickly and under pressure
    • Strong Microsoft suite mastery
    • Desire and passion to make a difference
    • Solid experience of executing email campaigns and running event programs using a Marketing Automation system, preferably Marketo
    • Extensive experience in the development of creative campaigns and execution of email marketing, social advertising, content syndication, SEM, paid digital and webinars
    • Experience effectively leveraging webforms and landing pages for conversion
    • Skilled at database segmentation and data management
