Job Description

Sonat is seeking a Digital Marketing professional to join their team. This role involves proposing and creating creative content for various advertising platforms like Google, Meta, and TikTok, and coordinating with the creative team. Key responsibilities include supporting digital advertising campaigns, researching new content formats, analyzing performance, and staying updated on marketing trends. The position also requires participation in A/B testing, performance monitoring, and close collaboration with the marketing team to ensure content alignment with goals.
Must have:
  • Propose creative content ideas (text, video, images) for advertising campaigns.
  • Create and produce advertising content for various platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok, Unity, etc.).
  • Coordinate with the Creative team to produce high-quality visual products.
  • Support the implementation and optimization of digital advertising campaigns.
  • Research and test new content formats to improve effectiveness.
  • Analyze advertising performance and propose content improvements.
  • Update digital Marketing trends, social media trends.
  • Support content planning and interaction with social media followers.
  • Participate in A/B testing and optimize advertising content.
  • Monitor campaign performance using analytical tools and prepare reports.
  • Work closely with Marketing team members to ensure content aligns with goals.
  • Support coordination with internal departments and external partners.

Content Creation & Ideation

Trend Updates

  • Update digital Marketing trends, social media trends.
  • Support content planning and interaction with social media followers.

Performance Optimization & Data Analysis

  • Participate in A/B testing and optimize advertising content.
  • Monitor campaign performance using analytical tools and prepare reports.

Team Coordination

  • Work closely with Marketing team members to ensure content aligns with goals.
  • Support coordination with internal departments and external partners.

###### 3. REQUIREMENTS

Knowledge:

  • Graduated or about to graduate in Marketing, Business, Economics, or related fields, able to work full-time at the company office.
  • Passionate about Digital Marketing, eager to explore the Mobile Game industry.
  • At least 3-6 months of experience working in Marketing or having personal marketing projects.
  • Priority for candidates with experience in popular advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads…).
  • Proficient in content creation tools such as Canva, Photoshop, CapCut, Premiere...
  • Basic understanding of performance tracking tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite.
  • Participation in digital marketing related courses is a plus.

Skills:

  • Good creative thinking in building content ideas (text, images, video).
  • Good English communication.
  • Able to research and apply marketing trends to content creation.
  • Analytical thinking in evaluating ad performance and optimizing content.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
