Job Responsibilities :
The Digital Marketing Specialist role sits within the Global Digital Marketing team for Razer Gold, responsible for deploying global campaigns across a variety of channels, from online advertising to email marketing, to drive tangible business impact such as volume growth in new users or revenue.
Scope:
- Plan, execute and optimise PPC campaigns across Search, Display/Video and Paid Social across platforms such as (but not limited to) Google Ads, Meta, TikTok.
- Manage paid media budgets for assigned product portfolio, balancing efficiency (CPA/ROAS) and scale (campaign delivery).
- Coordinate, execute and optimise email marketing campaigns.
- Monitor and analyse how campaign performance contributes to overall site traffic and business bottomline via internal business tools, web analytics and custom attribution platforms.
- Guide and advise other stakeholders such as Regional Marketing or Product in paid media best practices and analytics know-hows, in areas like campaign goal setting, creative A/B testing, attribution model comparison etc.
Pre-Requisites :
Requirements
- 1—2 years’ experience in digital media planning and buying.
- Intermediate hands-on proficiency in use of Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads and Google Analytics.
- Familiar with attribution methodologies such as last-touch, multi-touch and the impact of lookback windows in conversion tracking.
- Experience in using marketing automation platforms such as SFMC is a plus.
