Wolters Kluwer is seeking a highly motivated Digital Marketing Specialist to join their European demand generation team in Gothenburg, Sweden. This hybrid role focuses on driving growth and managing marketing efforts for the Scandinavian market, collaborating with both local and broader European teams. Key responsibilities include campaign planning, budget control, SEO-optimized content management, KPI reporting, and pipeline analysis. The specialist will also engage in pan-European collaboration and best-practice sharing.
Must have:
  • Develop, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns for brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition.
  • Control and allocate budget across PPC platforms (Google, Bing, Meta, LinkedIn) to optimize CPL and CPA.
  • Develop and implement SEO-optimized website content to increase organic traffic and product awareness.
  • Track, analyze, and report on KPIs and key metrics within the lead funnel.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, local Marketing, and internal stakeholders.
  • Conduct pipeline analyses and take necessary actions to achieve targets.
  • Engage in best-practice sharing and participate in international workshops.

  • Danish and/or Norwegian language skills
  • Previous experience with Salesforce, Pardot and Sitecore

Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic European team for demand generation. This role will be responsible for driving growth and managing marketing efforts specifically for the Scandinavian market, while also collaborating closely with the broader European team. You will be based in our beautiful office in Gothenburg, reporting into the European lead for Demand Generation Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Planning and Management: Develop, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, lead generation and customer acquisition in the Swedish market.
  • Budget control and allocation across PPC platforms (Google, Bing, Meta, LinkedIn) to optimize Cost per Lead (CPL) and Cost per Acquisition (CPA).
  • Content Management: Development and implementation of SEO-optimized website content to increase organic traffic and drive product awareness.
  • KPI and Metrics Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and key metrics within the lead funnel to measure the success of marketing initiatives.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate closely and efficiently with Sales and the local Marketing team as well as with internal stakeholders. Able to foster cross-functional team collaboration even in an international context.
  • Pipeline Analysis: Conduct pipeline analyses and take necessary actions to achieve targets and goals.
  • Pan-European Collaboration: Engage in best-practice sharing and participate in international workshops to foster collaboration and innovation across the European team.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on performance-driven activities (conversion funnels, demand generation, lead nurturing, campaign optimization).
  • Proven track record of using data and analytics to drive decisions, measure ROI, and optimize campaigns.
  • Technically savvy and comfortable with marketing tools, automation platforms, and analytics dashboards.
  • Proven expertise in crafting compelling copy and organizing content assets to support marketing goals and enhance user experience
  • Swedish at native level and excellent command of English, both written and spoken; Danish and/or Norwegian language skills are a plus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a local and a remote team.
  • Previous experience with Salesforce, Pardot and Sitecore is a plus
  • Strong understanding of the Scandinavian markets, especially Sweden, and its dynamics.
