Job Description

As a Corporate Recruiter at Wolters Kluwer, you will be part of a 24-member Talent Acquisition team in EMEA, focusing on identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent. You will manage recruitment processes for diverse and high-potential candidates across various roles like Sales, Consultancy, Tech, and Marketing, primarily for the Netherlands, with potential expansion to other EMEA countries. You will build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and contribute to improving recruitment processes and candidate experience.
Good To Have:
  • Speaking another European language is a plus.
  • Experience in a large, international organization is a plus.
Must Have:
  • Devise and roll out recruitment plans for a diverse and high-potential candidate pool for your vacancies.
  • Manage recruitment processes for various vacancies (Sales, Consultancy, Tech, Marketing…).
  • Build and maintain relationships with your hiring managers.
  • Minimum 5 years of work experience as a recruiter or as an intermediary.
  • Fluent in Dutch and English.

Corporate Recruiter – from home and 1 of our offices 32 - 36 hours

What will you do?

As a Corporate Recruiter, you will be part of a team of 24 Talent Acquisition Specialists in EMEA, focusing on the challenge of recognizing and attracting top talent. You know better than anyone how to approach and inspire them and provide your applicants with the best Candidate Journey they have ever experienced. You will recruit for vacancies in the Netherlands, with the option to expand this to other countries in EMEA in due course, if that appeals to you.

What will you be working on?

  • Devising and rolling out recruitment plans for a diverse and high-potential candidate pool for your vacancies.
  • Managing recruitment processes for various vacancies (Sales, Consultancy, Tech, Marketing…).
  • Building and maintaining relationships with your hiring managers.
  • Finally, there is endless room for your initiatives and ideas, for example, as a brand ambassador on social media or by contributing to how we can improve our processes or the candidate experience!

What do you bring?

  • Minimum 5 years of work experience as a recruiter or as an intermediary.
  • You speak fluent Dutch and English (Do you also speak another European language? That's a plus point!).
  • Preference: experience in a large, international organization.
