Job Description

As the first point of contact for customers, you will answer user questions about our modern software solutions via phone and in writing. You will support tax advisors in using our tax programs, ensuring their confidence in our products. You will independently develop solution proposals to make our systems simpler and more efficient, collaborating closely with sales, software development, and product management teams. You will document customer contacts and error messages to continuously improve quality and create helpful FAQs and online tutorials.

  • Tax knowledge, especially in tax return processing
Must Have:
  • Completed commercial training (e.g., tax assistant, office communication clerk, or balance accountant)
  • Fluent German language skills
  • Communicative and service-oriented mindset
  • Enjoys learning new technologies and using modern tools

Your Responsibilities

  • You are the first point of contact for our customers and answer user questions – by phone and in writing – regarding our modern software solutions.
  • You support tax advisors in using our tax programs and provide them with confidence in handling our products.
  • You independently develop solution proposals to make the application of our systems even simpler and more efficient, working closely with the sales, software development, and product management teams.
  • You document customer contacts and error messages so that we can continuously improve our quality together.
  • You create helpful FAQs and online tutorials as needed, which make everyday life easier for our customers.
