Job Summary

Join Wolters Kluwer as a Customer Master Data Specialist. You will be responsible for maintaining and updating customer master records in SAP, ensuring data accuracy and integrity across systems. This involves creating, updating, and validating records, performing quality checks, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. You will also support data migration, cleansing, and enrichment projects, and generate reports to ensure high data quality and system performance.

Must Have

  • Create, update, and maintain customer master records in SAP in alignment with company data standards and governance policies.
  • Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across all relevant systems and business units.
  • Perform data validation and quality checks, identifying and resolving discrepancies or duplicate records.
  • Support cross-functional teams (Sales, Finance, Customer Service) by providing accurate and timely customer data.
  • Collaborate with Master Data Governance (MDG) or IT teams to improve data processes and system performance.
  • Assist in data migration, cleansing, and enrichment projects as needed.
  • Generate and analyze reports or metrics related to customer master data performance and quality.
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field.
  • Familiarity with transaction verification procedures and compliance standards.
  • Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite/SAP systems.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Proficient in English.
  • Clear and effective communication skills for responding to customer inquiries.

  • Previous experience in accounts receivable (AR) management

About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Customer Master Data Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will maintain and update customer master records in SAP, ensuring data accuracy and integrity across systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Create, update, and maintain customer master records in SAP in alignment with company data standards and governance policies.

Job Qualifications
