Job Summary

The Senior Marketing Manager will lead go-to-market strategies, shape messaging, and connect product value to the legal audience. This role involves transforming complex features into compelling stories and impactful content, shaping Libra's voice in the Netherlands, and driving awareness, adoption, and growth. Responsibilities include developing content, optimizing campaigns, executing local events, and collaborating with various teams to ensure consistent messaging and achieve KPIs.

Must Have

  • Lead product and content marketing strategies for the region.
  • Create high-performing and interactive content in various formats.
  • Tailor messaging to different target groups and experience levels.
  • Work closely with global performance marketing agency.
  • Plan and execute grassroots activations, local events, and community initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Design for consistent messaging.
  • Own local media relations and press activities.
  • Optimize landing pages and marketing assets for SEO, GEO, and conversions.
  • Conduct market and competitive analyses.
  • Present results and help shape the marketing roadmap.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • 5+ years of experience in SaaS marketing.
  • Experience in leading cross-functional marketing projects.
  • Strong writing and storytelling skills.
  • Deep understanding of users and product.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM and automation tools (Eloqua).
  • Fluent in Dutch and English (at least C1 level).

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Marketing Manager (m/f/d) who will lead our go-to-market strategies, shape our messaging, and connect the value of our product to the legal audience. You are the bridge between product and market – transforming complex features into clear, compelling stories and impactful content. You will shape Libra’s voice in the Netherland region and play a key role in driving awareness, adoption, and growth.

Your Responsibilities

  • Lead, develop, and execute product and content marketing strategies for the region that truly reach legal professionals
  • Create high-performing and interactive content in various formats (e.g., blogs, case studies, social media, newsletters, webinars, events) for our regional audience
  • Tailor messaging to different target groups and experience levels
  • Work closely with our global performance marketing agency to launch and optimize campaigns with clear KPIs
  • Plan and execute grassroots activations, pop-ups, local events, and community initiatives to increase reach, engagement, and loyalty
  • Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Design to ensure consistent messaging throughout the entire funnel
  • Own local media relations and press activities
  • Optimize landing pages and marketing assets for SEO, GEO, and conversions
  • Conduct market and competitive analyses to identify trends and insights
  • Present results and help shape the marketing roadmap
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with divisional, regional, and central stakeholders.
  • Operate as a strategic facilitator with a high degree of accountability and collaboration.

Your Profile

  • 5+ years of experience in SaaS marketing
  • Experience in leading cross-functional marketing projects
  • Strong writing and storytelling skills across multiple channels
  • Deep understanding of users and product – you translate features into real value
  • Hands-on experience with CRM and automation tools (Eloqua)
  • Team-oriented, strong communicator, and proactive
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with drive and ownership
  • Fluent in Dutch and English (at least C1 level)
  • Bonus: experience in the legal field or in legal tech
