Job Summary
Wolters Kluwer is seeking a Customer Support Employee for tax software solutions. The role involves being the first point of contact for customers, answering software-related questions via phone and in writing, and supporting tax advisors. You will develop solution proposals, document customer interactions, and create FAQs/tutorials. The ideal candidate has commercial training, fluent German, is service-oriented, enjoys technology, and is a team player.
Must Have
- Be the first point of contact for customers, answering user questions (phone and written) about modern software solutions.
- Support tax advisors in using tax programs and provide confidence in product usage.
- Independently develop solution proposals to make system application easier and more efficient, collaborating with sales, software development, and product management teams.
- Document customer contacts and error messages to continuously improve quality.
- Create helpful FAQs and online tutorials as needed.
- Completed commercial training (e.g., tax clerk, office communication clerk, balance accountant).
- Fluent German language skills.
- Communicative, service-oriented, and enjoys helping people.
- Not deterred by technology and IT; enjoys learning new things and using modern tools.
- Values teamwork and mutual support.

Your tasks
