Job Summary
As a Principal Program Manager, you will oversee and execute complex, large-scale projects focused on company infrastructure transformation, particularly in merger and acquisitions, and divestitures. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including deal, engineering, operations, product, and business stakeholders to ensure successful planning, implementation, and delivery of M&AD IT programs. Responsibilities include strategic leadership, program management, and resource allocation to achieve project objectives on time and within budget.
Must Have
- Oversee and execute complex, large-scale projects focused on M&AD IT programs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including deal, engineering, operations, product, and business stakeholders.
- Ensure successful planning, implementation, and delivery of M&AD IT programs.
- Create and deliver compelling presentations for WK executives and senior leaders.
- Manage development, maintenance, and monitoring of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for programs.
- Ensure M&AD playbook and Governance are updated with program learnings.
- Accountable for successful delivery of M&AD IT programs and project life cycle execution.
- Develop comprehensive project plans including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and risk management.
- Work closely with engineering, product, and operations for seamless integration and alignment.
- Identify potential risks, dependencies, and roadblocks; implement mitigation plans.
- Ensure TSA covers integration/divestiture business and financial objectives.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand requirements and expectations.
- Ensure appropriate change management for programs.
- Ensure resource availability and allocation for projects.
- Manage ClickTime data tracking and cost allocations.
- Develop meaningful actionable reports.
- Assist in the development of business cases.

- Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle.

Job Description
As a Principal Program Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and executing complex, large-scale projects aimed at transforming our company infrastructure, with focus on merger and acquisitions, and divestitures. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including deal team, engineering, operations, product development, and business stakeholders, to ensure the successful planning, implementation, and delivery of merger and acquisition integrations or divestments (M&AD IT programs).
Essential Duties and responsibilities
Strategic Leadership and Engagement
- Create and deliver compelling presentations for WK executives, other senior leaders, and customers.
- Manage the development, maintenance, and monitoring of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for Programs in scope
- Ensure M&AD playbook and Governance is updated with the learning from M&AD programs delivered under your responsibility
Program Management
- Accountable for the successful delivery of M&AD IT programs and execution of aspects of project life cycle leveraging M&AD playbook. Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and risk management strategies. Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
- Work closely with engineering, product, operations, and other teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment between M&AD technology workstreams/projects and Business Units transformation workstreams
- Identify potential risks, dependencies, and roadblocks in the M&AD technology workstreams/projects. Implement mitigation plans and escalate critical issues to senior management when necessary
- Ensure TSA is covering integration/divestiture business objectives, and financial objectives. Escalate when TSA is overcommitting IT support beyond what our 3rd party providers can deliver
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand their requirements, expectations, and concerns. Build strong working relationships with key stakeholders and effectively communicate project progress, status, and outcomes.
- Build trusted relationships with internal and external (GBS, Divisions/BU) stakeholders and subject matter experts.
- Ensure appropriate change management for programs in scope
Resource Management
- Working with functional leaders ensure resource availability and allocation to required projects to reach objectives
- Manage ClickTime data tracking and enable appropriate allocations of costs
- Develop meaningful actionable reports, as needed.
- Assist in the development of business cases while working with the associated leaders.
Additional Knowledge & Skills
- Senior executive presentation and communication skills
- Communicate complex problems to other people in a simple way that they will understand and work together to alleviate the general program risk.
- Ability to work collaboratively and effectively with and manage relationships with all levels of employees and leaders throughout the Company.
- Demonstrated ability to get positive results through influence, persuasion, leadership, presentations, training, and group facilitation skills.

Required Experience:
- 15+ years-of demonstrated progressive experience in IT, Program management, resource management, change and transformation management.
- 3+ years’ experience with shared services model
- 2+ years management, enterprise-wide transition and/or transformation programs
- Entrepreneurial mindset and proactive way to managing work.
- Able to deliver with limited oversight and take accountability of actions.
- Excellent presentation skills, both creating slides and delivering presentations to a variety of audiences.
Preferred Experience:
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
- Proven ability to solve problems creatively.

Travel requirements
- Minimum Travel required for this position is 20%
