Job Description

We’re looking for a Digital Optimisation Officer to join our high-energy Technology Team. In this role, you’ll help shape the digital experience for millions of customers by optimising our digital platforms - from self-order kiosks to the My McDonald’s App and delivery services. You’ll be at the forefront of our digital journey, identifying opportunities, enhancing UX, and driving adoption across the business.
Must have:
  • Define and deliver product strategies across digital platforms.
  • Collaborate with global teams to identify and prioritise market-specific opportunities.
  • Act as a subject matter expert, supporting internal teams and Franchisees to drive digital adoption.
  • Use analytics and customer insights to improve UX and conversion.
  • Recommend and manage product roadmaps aligned with business goals.
  • Facilitate cross-functional workshops and translate diverse inputs into clear product objectives.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Define and deliver product strategies across digital platforms.
  • Collaborate with global teams to identify and prioritise market-specific opportunities.
  • Act as a subject matter expert, supporting internal teams and Franchisees to drive digital adoption.
  • Use analytics and customer insights to improve UX and conversion.
  • Recommend and manage product roadmaps aligned with business goals.
  • Facilitate cross-functional workshops and translate diverse inputs into clear product objectives.

Qualifications

What You’ll Need:

  • Proven experience in digital product related roles, ideally in ordering platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with tools like Adobe Analytics or Mixpanel.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with Agile or Waterfall project methodologies.
  • A customer-first mindset and a passion for continuous improvement.
  • A collaborative, proactive approach with a growth mindset.
