Job Description

The Serge Vieira restaurant, a double Michelin-starred Relais & Châteaux establishment, offers sustainable and rooted gastronomy with an elegant and authentic dining room overlooking the Cantal landscapes. Chef Aurélien Gransagne draws inspiration from local terroir. As a Dining Room Assistant, you will support the Maîtres d'hôtel and Chefs de rang, manage equipment maintenance and office cleanliness, facilitate dish transfer between kitchen and dining room, clear consoles, and ensure a warm, personalized, and attentive service to guests, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene.

Qualifications

  • From a hotel training, you have significant experience in a similar position and establishment
  • You have excellent presentation and good interpersonal skills.
  • You are motivated, have a strong sense of organization and teamwork skills.
  • Proficiency in English is a plus.
