Job Description

We are seeking a strategic, commercially minded, and relationship-oriented Director of Business Development to join the Search team. Must have:
  • Act as the primary business lead for a major, multi-dimensional partnership central to the growth and performance of Search.
  • Evolve the partnership through commercial strategy, rigorous analysis, and thoughtful alignment with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance the value of the relationship through creative business models, product integrations, and scalable programs.
  • Structure, negotiate, and manage refinements to partnership agreements, including revenue-sharing arrangements and performance metrics.

  • Drive program management excellence across internal teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery of joint initiatives.
  • Monitor industry developments, partner priorities, and internal performance data to proactively surface strategic insights and recommend action.
