The Director of Device Engineering is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing the design, development, and delivery of cutting-edge device solutions. Must Have

• Lead and manage device engineering teams across multiple locations.

• Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale, complex device development projects.
• Proven experience working in a multi-site environment.
• Strong technical background in device engineering, hardware, and/or embedded systems design.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of relevant engineering experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role managing complex projects or multi-disciplinary teams.
• Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale, complex device development projects from concept to commercialization.
• Proven experience working in a multi-site environment, coordinating efforts and resources across global teams.
• Strong technical background in device engineering, with expertise in hardware and/or embedded systems design.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
• Experience with regulatory compliance (e.g., FDA, CE, ISO) is preferred.
