Job Description

As Director of Engineering, you will lead and build high-performing teams of software and quality engineers, ensuring timely and high-standard task execution. You will set development goals, conduct performance reviews, and foster a culture of efficiency and innovation. This role involves cooperating with cross-department teams and driving the hiring process for top engineering talent.

  • Strong technical background with an emphasis on modern software engineering practices.
  • Excellent skills in team leadership, resource planning, communication, problem solving, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in English.
  • 5+ years of experience as the manager of a team of software engineers, with a minimum of 5 direct reports.
  • Track record of successfully delivering complex engineering projects.

Required Skills
