As Director of Engineering, you will lead and build high-performing teams of software and quality engineers, ensuring timely and high-standard task execution. You will set development goals, conduct performance reviews, and foster a culture of efficiency and innovation. This role involves cooperating with cross-department teams and driving the hiring process for top engineering talent.

Strong technical background with an emphasis on modern software engineering practices.
Excellent skills in team leadership, resource planning, communication, problem solving, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills.
Fluent in English.
5+ years of experience as the manager of a team of software engineers, with a minimum of 5 direct reports.
Track record of successfully delivering complex engineering projects.
