This role will report directly to the Vice President and General Manager and will lead all company-wide information technology and cybersecurity efforts. Position Overview

The Director of IT & Security is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing MatrixSpace’s IT infrastructure and security programs. This role blends hands-on technical execution with strategic leadership, helping to build and mature our IT and security capabilities to meet industry best practices and compliance standards. The position will collaborate closely with product, engineering, and operations teams to ensure seamless integration between IT operations and technology development.

This position requires some on-site presence at MatrixSpace facilities, with flexibility for some remote work. The role involves close collaboration with leadership, engineering, and operations teams, making in-person engagement essential for success.
