We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Director of Product Management to lead our Care Product team. This role involves developing and implementing the Care portfolio roadmap, reimagining customer interactions through AI, managing product portfolios across specialized domains (AI, CRM, Messaging/Telephony), driving AI innovation, advocating for customer needs, optimizing through experimentation, and aligning cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience and business results.
Must have:
  • Develop and implement Care portfolio roadmap
  • Oversee product requirements, prioritization, and resource allocation
  • Guide AI implementation for customer self-serve and Guide assist tools
  • Collaborate with Care teams to develop innovative customer solutions
  • Define requirements, test hypotheses, and measure outcomes for optimization
  • Communicate product vision and strategy across GoDaddy teams
  • Monitor industry trends in AI and customer support technology

We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Director of Product Management to lead our Care Product team. You'll manage a team across specialized areas (AI, Salesforce, CRM, Messaging/Telephony) and align them to work cohesively toward Care's business targets.

  • Lead Strategic Vision: Develop and implement the Care portfolio roadmap, reimagining customer interactions through AI to improve engagement and happiness
  • Manage Product Portfolio: Oversee requirements, prioritization, and resource allocation across specialized domains (AI, CRM, Messaging/Telephony)
  • Drive AI Innovation: Guide AI implementation across customer self-serve chatbots, Guide assist tools, and productivity solutions that balance automation with quality customer experience
  • Advocate for Customer Needs: Collaborate with Care teams to identify challenges and develop innovative solutions that improve both support and sales functions
  • Optimize Through Experimentation: Define requirements, test hypotheses, and measure outcomes to continuously enhance customer experience and business results
  • Align Cross-Functional Teams: Communicate product vision and strategy across GoDaddy, building partnerships to secure resources and influence priorities
  • Stay Ahead of Trends: Monitor industry developments in AI, contact center technology, and customer support innovation to maintain competitive advantage

Your experience should include...

  • 10+ years in product management, with focus on digital/AI products
  • Proven success leading product maps for customer-facing features
  • Extensive experience in experimentation based on strong foundations
  • Proficiency in Agile methodologies
  • Excellent analytical abilities demonstrating data for decision-making
  • Passion for solving customer problems through technology and design

At GoDaddy, we subscribe to a “pay for performance” approach that considers our total compensation to ensure we offer competitive pay. Total compensation elements vary based on role, but in addition to our base pay offering, may include:

  • Comprehensive benefits (may vary based on location)
  • Short-Term Incentives (annual bonus, sales incentive pay) - eligibility dependent on role and company and/or individual performance
  • Long-Term Incentives (equity) - eligibility dependent on role

We are proud to provide pay transparency to our candidates. In the United States, we have four geographic pay groups (Groups). GoDaddy's target compensation is determined based on your location and varies based on an individual's qualifications, skills and experience at the time of the offer. For this role, our targeted base pay ranges for new hires in each US Group are:

  • Group 1: $153,000.00 – $229,000.00
  • Group 2: $171,000.00 – $257,000.00
  • Group 3: $182,000.00 – $273,000.00
  • Group 4: $199,000.00 – $298,000.00
