Job Description
As a Director, Product Management within Bhavin's Office, you will report to Bhavin and lead a team of Product Managers, Designers, and Analysts. You will collaborate with engineers to drive the vision, strategy, and execution of various zero-to-one products. The role emphasizes leveraging AI tools throughout the product development lifecycle, from strategy to testing, fostering a lean team of senior, hands-on, AI-adept resources for rapid iteration and output. The products themselves are intended to integrate AI as a primary component where applicable. This is for a new startup operating in stealth mode, managed through Zeta.
Must have:
- Lead product managers, designers, and analysts
- Drive vision, strategy, and execution of zero to 1 products
- Leverage AI tools in product development
- Manage lean, senior, AI-adept teams
- Own product development lifecycle from ideation to launch
- Embed AI as a first-class citizen in products

About the CEO Office
The CEO Office is responsible for working closely with Bhavin for 0 to 1 motions of complete Products and Businesses. We incubate and kick-off new products and entire new businesses every year. Bhavin’s Office comprises Product and Engineering leadership that takes one of the ideas from concept to PMF and PCF (described below) -
Product Market Fit (PMF) - The Product solves an actual Problem for a specific Persona 2-3x better than any existing solutions for the Problem.
Product Channel Fit (PCF) - The Product can get Customers at scale through at least one traction channel at a CAC less than LTV

About the role
As a Director, Product Management, Bhavin’s Office, you will report into Bhavin, and lead a team of Product Managers, Designers and Analysts and work alongside rockstar engineers driving the vision, strategy, and execution of various zero to 1 Products.
We are proponents of leveraging best in breed AI tools in every step of the Product Development lifecycle - Strategy, UX, Development and Testing. This requires a very different product development mindset comprising a lean team, of senior resources, that are hands-on and AI adept, resulting in ultra-rapid iteration cycles and fast output. You will own and oversee this unique approach to the product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch to success.
Additionally these products themselves are intended to embed AI as a first class citizen wherever relevant.

Bangalore, India (100% on-site)
