Job Description

Iron Mountain is seeking a Document Flow Management Specialist to join their team in Warsaw/Reguły, Poland. The role involves preparing and processing orders for document deliveries and collections, handling incoming calls, maintaining high customer service, and managing the destruction process of stored resources. The specialist will also be responsible for preparing and closing orders in the system and managing correspondence.
Must have:
  • Prepare orders for deliveries and collections of items (boxes, documents).
  • Process orders sent via various channels (system, e-mail).
  • Handle incoming calls and maintain a high level of customer service.
  • Control the process of destroying resources stored in the warehouse.
  • Prepare and close orders in the system.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence.
  • Diligently and scrupulously perform assigned tasks and duties.
  • High sense of responsibility, punctuality, independence, accuracy, and commitment.
  • Ease of making contacts, communication skills, and high personal culture.
  • Like direct contact with people and know professional customer service principles.
  • Effectively organize time and work.
  • Proficient in MS Office suite.

Document Flow Management Specialist

Workplace: Warsaw/Reguły

Your tasks include:

  • Preparing orders for deliveries and collections of items (boxes, documents)
  • Processing orders sent via various channels (system, e-mail)
  • Handling incoming calls and maintaining a high level of customer service
  • Controlling the process of destroying resources stored in the warehouse (creating orders, verifying scan correctness, supervising returns)
  • Preparing and closing orders in the system
  • Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence
