Job Description
This role is for a General Manager at Domino's, responsible for overseeing all aspects of a shift, including cost controls, inventory, cash management, and customer relations. The manager must lead by example, ensuring adherence to all company policies and procedures. Key duties involve operating equipment, preparing products, handling orders, managing inventory, completing paperwork, cleaning, training staff, scheduling, and maintaining high standards of customer service and store image.
Must have:
- Responsible for all cost controls, inventory, cash control, and customer relations during a shift.
- Set an example and follow all policy and procedures 100% of the time.
- Operate all equipment.
- Stock ingredients and prepare product.
- Receive and process phone orders.
- Take inventory and complete paperwork.
- Clean equipment and facility daily.
- Manage training and orientation.
- Create schedules and handle staffing.
- Ensure food management and perfect image.
- Provide great customer service.
- ServeSafe (Food Manager) certification.
- Restaurant experience.
- Management experience.
