Job Summary
Job Description
The General Manager is responsible for all aspects of a shift, including cost, inventory, cash control, and customer relations. This role requires setting an example by adhering to all policies and procedures, and ensuring the crew does the same. Key duties also include staffing, paperwork, food management, scheduling, maintaining store image and standards, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring profitability.
Must have:
- Responsible for all shift operations: cost, inventory, cash, customer relations.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures 100%.
- Manage staffing, paperwork, and food.
- Maintain schedule, store image, and standards.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Ensure attendance, punctuality, and transportation.
- Keep store clean and manage marketing for profitability.
- Operate all equipment.
- Stock ingredients from delivery to storage/work areas.
- Prepare product.
- Receive and process telephone orders.
- Take inventory and complete paperwork.

ABOUT THE JOB
You are responsible for everything that happens during your shift. This includes all cost controls, inventory control, cash control and customer relations. You must set the example. You must follow ALL policy and procedures 100% of the time and expect the same from your crew.
In addition: staffing, paperwork, cost controls, cash control, food management, work to a schedule, perfect image and adherence to standards, great customer service, attendance & punctuality, transportation to/from work, store cleanliness, marketing, profitability.
QUALIFICATIONS
General job duties for all store team members
- Operate all equipment.
- Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk-in cooler.
- Prepare product.
- Receive and process telephone orders.
- Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
