The Technical Game Artist will collaborate with artists, project owners, and developers to bring the game's visual vision to life within the Unity engine. Responsibilities include integrating, validating, and optimizing visual assets, ensuring high performance and efficiency; maintaining artistic consistency; implementing interactive behaviors using provided assets; and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The role requires extensive Unity Engine experience (2D/3D scene setup, shader/material/animation integration, particle systems, performance optimization for mobile), proficiency in 3D software (Blender, Maya, or 3Ds Max), and strong problem-solving skills. The artist will optimize assets, resolve software/engine compatibility issues, and guide best practices for asset creation and pipeline efficiency. This position is part of the New Games division focused on creating hit hybrid casual music games.
