M2 Animation Studio is looking for EditorOur 200+ M2 family is a melting pot of experienced talents and consists of more than 20 nationalities from all over the world. Our range covers from storytelling to design, from modeling to texturing, from camera layout to animation and lighting, and from effects to color grading. Right now, M2 Animation is looking for an Editor to create TV Series, TVCs and High-Spec Short Format Films for our big-name clients. Our teams produce a variety of series-format animation: Tween, 2D, preschool etc.The Position:We require an Editor, with experience in editing CG Animation Series, Short Film and TVC production, to join our editorial department.Skills and Technical Knowledge Requirements:- Delivering high quality of work, on time, with minimal supervision.- Communicate with Supervisor when tasks are unclear and unachievable.- Able to follow story/edit direction from Directors, but also confident to get on the same wavelength as the Director, and inject your own edit ideas into the films.- Highly proficient with Adobe Premiere Pro.- Able to work within a team and take direction.- Able to work independently with a Producer or Manager on small projects.- Able to plan your own time to meet deadlines.- A technical understanding of how your work affects the other departments that use your work.- Willing to learn new techniques, take direction and take criticism in a professional manner.- Mentor our Junior Artists to improve quality and quantity.- Help to bring an atmosphere of collaboration and teamwork to our artists and producers.- Able to speak, read, and write in understandable English.Terms of employment, salary, and benefits will be individually negotiated.The position is from as soon as possibleCan you see yourself in our M2 Family?
