Job Description

The objective is to provide preventive and corrective maintenance in mechanical and electrical tasks within the plant and in the dispensers installed in the field, as well as to carry out new installations as required. The role involves executing maintenance and repair services for dispenser installations in the field, planning new dispenser installations, performing electrical and mechanical maintenance, ensuring safety, and assisting with inventory and acquisitions. Requires an Electromechanical Technician with a minimum of 2 years of experience in similar positions, good teamwork and client relations, and customer service experience.
Must Have:
  • Execute maintenance and repair service for dispenser installations in the field and provide service technician support.
  • Plan everything related to new dispenser installations, determining necessary parts, constructions, and tools for efficient execution.
  • Perform electrical and mechanical maintenance in company facilities and install required equipment.
  • Observe all Safety and Health at Work rules. Report incidents and recommend measures to improve quality standards.
  • Ensure client-assigned equipment is used according to loan agreements; report non-compliance to supervisor.
  • Conduct quarterly physical inventory of equipment and parts with the Sales Administrative Assistant.
  • Assist the Purchasing Manager in acquiring parts and spare parts.
  • Notify the Sales Administrative Assistant when truck maintenance is needed.
  • Electromechanical Technician education.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in similar positions.
  • Good relationship with work team and clients.
  • Customer service experience maintaining discretion, organization, and integrity.

What is the objective?

To offer preventive and corrective maintenance in mechanical and electrical tasks within the plant and in the dispensers installed in the field, as well as to carry out new installations as required.

What are the challenges?

1. Execute the maintenance and repair service for breakdowns in dispenser installations in the field and provide support as a service technician (as required by the Area Management).

2. Plan everything concerning new dispenser installations, determining the necessary parts, constructions, and tools for efficient execution.

3. Execute electrical and mechanical maintenance in the Company's facilities and install the equipment that is required.

4. Observe all Safety and Health at Work rules. Report any incident in the execution of your duties to your supervisor, and recommend measures and equipment replacement that improve quality standards.

5. Ensure that our equipment assigned to client installations is being used in compliance with the equipment loan agreement. If any breach of contract is detected, it must be immediately communicated to your supervisor.

6. Conduct quarterly physical inventory of equipment and parts together with the Sales Administrative Assistant.

7. Assist the Purchasing Manager in the acquisition of parts and spare parts.

8. Notify the Sales Administrative Assistant when truck maintenance is needed.

Education: Electromechanical Technician

Minimum 2 years of experience in similar positions
