Zakres zadań:

1. Zapoznanie się z dokumentacją montażową (rysunek techniczny, schemat elektryczny, instrukcje montażowe, przewodniki technologiczne) niezbędną do realizacji zleceń produkcyjnych

2. Dobór i przygotowanie narzędzi koniecznych do realizacji zlecenia

3. Prace związane z :

montażem pantografów tramwajowych i kolejowych i innych wyrobów,
praca przy linii montażowej złącz obrotowych
montaż precyzyjny
wykonywanie połączeń zaciskanych
wykonywanie połączeń lutowanych
usuwanie izolacji
wykonywanie testów elektrycznych
naprawami uszkodzonych pantografów

4. Prace ślusarskie (związane ze stanowiskiem montażowym) polegająca na:

trasowaniu
wierceniu
skręcaniu
cięciu
gwintowaniu

5. Kontrola jakości wykonanych prac montażowych

6. Organizacja stanowiska pracy przed rozpoczęciem montażu oraz dbałość o porządek w trakcie realizacji zlecenia i po jego zakończeniu
