  • Minimum 8 years of experience in a similar role within the manufacturing industry
  • Proven success in optimizing machining operations in a global corporation
  • Strong knowledge of technical drawings and machining technologies
  • Experience managing teams of 50+ employees
  • Proficiency in English
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication, responsibility, and commitment
  • Hands-on experience with CNC machine operation and programming
  • Ability to thrive in a highly variable production environment

You will be part of our dynamic Production team, working closely with machine operators, production planners, maintenance technicians, and cross-functional departments such as Quality and Supply Chain. This team is dedicated to delivering high-quality machined components efficiently and reliably to meet business demands.
