Who will you be working with?

You will be part of our dynamic Production team, working closely with machine operators, production planners, maintenance technicians, and cross-functional departments such as Quality and Supply Chain. This team is dedicated to delivering high-quality machined components efficiently and reliably to meet business demands.

How will you make a difference?

As a CNC Leader, you will be responsible for managing a team of up to 50 employees in the machining department. Your leadership will ensure the timely production of components with the required quality standards, while optimizing processes to improve efficiency. You will oversee daily operations, troubleshoot technical and organizational challenges, and collaborate with other departments to meet production and business objectives. Your role will be key in maintaining production documentation, scheduling tasks, and ensuring machinery is well-maintained and operational.

What do we want to know about you?

• Minimum 8 years of experience in a similar role within the manufacturing industry
• Proven success in optimizing machining operations in a global corporation
• Strong knowledge of technical drawings and machining technologies
• Experience managing teams of 50+ employees
• Proficiency in English
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication, responsibility, and commitment
• Hands-on experience with CNC machine operation and programming
• Ability to thrive in a highly variable production environment
• Experience in CNC machine transfer projects is a plus

• Plan and schedule production tasks to meet supply chain requirements

• Oversee maintenance of machinery and equipment
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals
• Ensure production planning is met and quality objectives are achieved
