Job Description

The Eletromechanical Technician III will perform and lead highly complex corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance on automated systems, focusing on critical and systemic failures. This role involves advanced diagnostics, planning and executing technical improvements, leading commissioning projects, and optimizing control logics. Responsibilities also include technical validation of procedures, maintaining documentation, training junior professionals, and supporting management in resource planning, all while ensuring strict compliance with safety and quality standards.
Must have:
  • Perform and lead complex maintenance on automated systems.
  • Conduct advanced diagnostics on automation and control systems.
  • Plan and execute technical improvements and modifications.
  • Act as a technical leader in commissioning and upgrade projects.
  • Program, review, and optimize control logics.
  • Validate maintenance procedures and technical specifications.
  • Prepare and maintain complex technical documentation.
  • Train and guide junior professionals (levels 1 and 2).
  • Support management in indicator analysis and resource planning.
  • Ensure strict compliance with safety, health, and quality standards.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives (Kaizens).
  • Apply acquired knowledge from technical training.
  • Document interventions in computerized systems accurately.
  • Promote safety, health, and environmental culture.

Job Details

Perform and lead highly complex corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance on automated systems, focusing on critical and systemic failures.

  • Perform advanced diagnostics on automation and control systems, identifying root causes and proposing definitive actions.
  • Plan and execute technical improvements and modifications in automated systems, aiming to increase reliability, safety, and operational efficiency.
  • Act as a technical leader in commissioning, upgrade, and retrofit projects for automation equipment and systems.
  • Program, review, and optimize control logics and parameterizations in automation devices, ensuring adherence to operational needs.
  • Technically validate procedures, maintenance plans, and technical specifications, supporting the strategic planning of the area.
  • Prepare and maintain complex technical documentation, analytical reports, failure histories, and performance indicators.
  • Train and technically guide professionals at levels 1 and 2, promoting continuous team development and sharing of best practices.
  • Support management in indicator analysis, resource planning, interface with engineering and partner areas.
  • Ensure strict compliance with safety, health, environment, and quality standards, setting an example of conduct and responsibility.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives (Kaizens), technically contributing to the search for greater efficiency of mechanical assets.
  • Participate in technical training and apply acquired knowledge in practical maintenance routines.
  • Ensure correct documentation of interventions in computerized systems, maintaining precise records for audits and management indicators.
  • Promote the culture of safety, health, and environment, ensuring that all operations are carried out with zero accidents and minimal environmental impact.
