The Sr After Sales Marketing Analyst will be responsible for managing the product portfolio, identifying new opportunities, and controlling performance through KPI analysis. This role involves developing training for the dealership network, creating marketing materials, and overseeing financial aspects like pricing and budgeting. Key interactions include Credi Nissan, Marketing, and Controlling to ensure strategic alignment.
Must have:
  • Manage current product portfolio (revisions, extended warranty), identify new expansion opportunities.
  • Create and analyze performance indicators (KPIs), monitor program performance.
  • Develop and apply training for dealership network on Nissan Protect.
  • Prepare and update communication materials and customer relationship ladder.
  • Define product pricing, control budget, forecast, monitor financial processes.
  • Interface with Credi Nissan, Marketing, and Controlling for strategic alignment.

Job Details

Responsibilities:

  • Portfolio Management: Manage the current product portfolio (revisions and extended warranty), in addition to identifying and prospecting new opportunities for expansion.
  • Performance Control: Create and analyze performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor program performance, sharing results with the field team.
  • Network Relationship: Develop and apply training for the dealership network, ensuring alignment and training on Nissan Protect.
  • Communication and Marketing: Prepare and update communication materials and the customer relationship ladder in partnership with the Marketing team.
  • Financial Management: Define product pricing, control the budget, perform forecasting, and monitor process control such as contract issuance, revision reimbursement, and commission payment.
  • Key Interactions: Constantly interface with Credi Nissan, the Marketing area, and Controlling to ensure synergy and alignment of program strategies.

Knowledge:

  • Negotiation and interpersonal skills to work with different teams and the dealership network.
  • Analytical ability to create KPIs and analyze performance data.
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint.
  • BI tools (will be a differential)

Education:

  • Higher education in Administration, Economics, Marketing, Accounting, or related fields.

Experience:

  • Experience in commercial management and/or controlling, preferably in the automotive or after-sales sector.

Language:

  • Intermediate English
