Key responsibilities include monitoring collections performance using KPIs to ensure best-in-class results, decreasing bad debt reserves, and ensuring timely and accurate reporting for business partners. The role also requires coordination of cross-divisional projects for process standardization, continuous improvement, and transformation, ensuring all transactions comply with accounting policies and GAAP requirements. Additionally, the position involves providing timely responses to auditors for SOX, US GAAP, and statutory audits.
Must Have:
  • Min 2 years experience in OTC processes

Responsibilities:

  • Management of associates delivering services to Aptiv sites for EMEA (Collection Management).
  • Monitor all aspects of collections using KPI’s (Annual performance KPI’s) to drive best in class performance.
  • Comply with the daily activities assigned by the Collections Manager.
  • Ensure bad debt reserve for Over 90 items will decrease and align with the KPI’s.
  • Ensure all reporting needs are met, accurately and timely providing quality information for all OTC business partners.
  • Co-ordination of (cross) divisional projects related to process standardization, continuous improvement, transformation and productivity. 
  • Ensure OTC Transactions are recorded in accordance with relevant Accounting Policies, Local and US GAAP requirements.
  • Provide timely responses to Auditors as they complete various audit procedures, including but not limited to:  SOX, US GAAP, and statutory audits. 

Requirements:

  • Min 2+ years’ experience in OTC processes with a successful track.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to interface and work with individuals across the global organization at all levels (including external counterparties).
  • Good knowledge of SAP and Excel.
  • Very good English.
  • Strong relationship and business partnering skills.
