Job Description

The Quality Auditor will perform product and process audits, ensuring compliance with procedures. They will conduct laboratory tests for raw materials and products, establish and validate action plans for non-conformities, and proactively address quality issues. Responsibilities include analyzing problems, proposing solutions, ensuring traceability and segregation of non-conforming products, maintaining effective communication, and adhering to environmental, health, and safety standards.

Must Have:
  • Preferential schooling: 11th/12th grade
  • Good knowledge of verbal and written English
  • Availability to work in weekly rotating shifts
  • Passion for results, maturity and availability

SCOPE OF THE ROLE:

  • Perform audits (product and process) according to procedures;
  • Perform laboratory tests to ensure the conformity of Raw Material and Product according to current procedures;
  • Establish, in conjunction with the audited area, action plans upon detection of non-conformities, as well as validating their effectiveness;
  • Prevent and react to Quality problems;
  • Analyze and propose solutions for quality problems and eliminate their origin, proposing corrective measures and disseminating them;
  • Ensure that the traceability and segregation of suspicious/non-conforming product is carried out systematically;
  • Ensure that the communication flow on matters relevant to the organization's activity is effective with all interfaces;
  • Ensure the correct segregation of waste;
  • Ensure compliance with standards/procedures related to Environment, Health and Safety;

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Preferential schooling: 11th/12th grade (lower may be accepted if internal/external experience in relevant tasks for the role is demonstrated);
  • Good knowledge of verbal and written English;
  • Experience in wiring harness production (optional);
  • Availability to work in weekly rotating shifts;
  • Passion for results, maturity and availability;
