Job Summary

Join Ubisoft's Administrative Department, reporting to the Global Revenues & Transversal Audits Manager. Your role involves conducting transversal audits of Balance Sheet and P&L aggregates to ensure group account quality. You will draft recommendations, processes, and guidelines for financial departments to strengthen internal control, and monitor their application. You'll also contribute to continuous improvement by proposing new audit topics, collaborate with other services, and support external group audits.

Must Have

  • Solid experience in financial auditing of international groups

Job Description

Within Ubisoft's International Headquarters, you will join the Group's Administrative Department.

Reporting to the Global Revenues & Transversal Audits Manager, your main missions are as follows:

  • Conducting transversal audits of Balance Sheet and P&L aggregates to ensure homogeneity and quality of group accounts
  • Drafting and coordinating recommendations, processes, and guidelines for the accounting and financial departments of the group's entities to strengthen the internal control environment
  • Ensuring follow-up of audits performed and the correct application of drafted processes
  • Contributing to continuous improvement and being proactive: identifying and proposing new transversal audit topics
  • Proactively collaborating with other departments and being the main internal point of contact for transversal audit topics
  • Supporting external group audits (statutory auditors, etc.)

Relevant Experience

To succeed in this position, you need solid experience in financial auditing of international groups and are looking to invest yourself in new missions in a constantly evolving multinational environment.
