Dynamis is seeking a Mid-Level Emergency Management Specialist to support a DHS agency. The role involves designing, developing, conducting, and evaluating exercises for a DHS agency in accordance with the Homeland Security Exercise & Evaluation Program (HSEEP). Responsibilities include coordinating relationships between staff, clients, and stakeholders for exercise planning and reporting, applying emergency management principles, and maintaining high-quality deliverables. The specialist will work with all-hazards emergency management, HSEEP application, and require strong writing, grammar, oral communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and research, analysis, and creative thinking is essential. The position requires independent work, time management, and the ability to function in a team environment, producing detail-oriented work under deadlines. The role also involves expanding experience with assigned tasks, exercising initiative, and representing the company in client meetings.

Must Have:- U.S. Citizenship for DHS Suitability
- Bachelor's degree
- 3-5 years experience in emergency management/exercises
- Familiarity with all-hazards emergency management
- HSEEP certified

- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Proficiency in research, analysis, and creative thinking
- Ability to work independently and in a team
