Job Summary
Dynamis is seeking a Security Specialist to support security operations by performing general administrative control, monitoring, and access of employees, contractors, detailees, and task force officers to government facilities. The Specialist will perform identity proofing, enrollment, and issuance of Personal Identity Verification (PIV) cards, building passes, and facility credentials. Responsibilities include conducting in-person identity proofing, reviewing identity documents, issuing/managing PIV cards, performing PIN services, managing access permissions, operating credentialing systems, maintaining records, protecting PII, providing customer service, and supporting audits.
Must Have
- Conducts in-person identity proofing and enrollment for government personnel and contractors.
- Reviews and verifies identity source documents.
- Issues, activates, renews, replaces, suspends, and revokes PIV cards and building passes.
- Performs PIN issuance and resets.
- Manages access permissions and deactivates credentials upon separation or access changes.
- Operates and enters data into credentialing system.
- Maintains accurate records, logs, and credential inventory.
- Protects Personally Identifiable Information (PII) and sensitive data.
- Provides customer service and coordinates with government security officials.
- Supports audits, inspections, and incident reporting.
- U.S. Citizenship
- Four (4) years of security experience in administrative control and access monitoring
- Ability to successfully complete a DHS Public Trust background check.
Good to Have

- Knowledge of security protocols, access control systems, and facility security management.

Requirements:
