We are seeking an experienced Employee Relations (ER) Operations Process Manager with a strong background in managing sensitive ER processes. This role requires expertise in ER process execution, complex documentation, data management, and the ability to meet deadlines with precision and efficiency. In this role, you will be responsible for managing sensitive and complex operational activities related sensitive employee relations processes. You will be the primary point of contact for US process execution and be a partner to the Employee Relations Business Partner (ERBP) and People Business Partner (PBP) teams. You’ll also lead and be a key member of various continuous improvements processes across employee relations.
Base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $137,900 and $207,300, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
