Job Description

This internship program welcomes participants into the Endava family, offering mentorship and soft skills sessions on a dedicated learning platform. Interns will quickly move from theory to practice, joining real delivery teams to solve meaningful challenges like designing smarter legal contract searches and task automation. The program focuses on developing both technical and soft skills, preparing participants to shape the industry.
Must Have:
  • Currently studying Systems Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or a related field.
  • English level of B2 or above (a must!).
  • Eligible and approved by your university to start your internship in January 2026 (first semester).
  • Students from our Partner Universities (Please check the list of partner universities in the application form).

The programme goes beyond technical skills. Participants grow in every direction, from communication and feedback to being ready for their next client. The goal? For Internship participants not only to be prepared to join the industry, but also to shape it.

Program Details:

  • Start Date: February 2nd, 2026
  • Duration: 6 months (until July 3th)
  • Locations: Bogotá, Medellín and Cali
  • Model: Hybrid

Qualifications

  • Currently studying Systems Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or a related field.
  • English level of B2 or above (a must!)
