From day one, participants aren’t just learning – they’re welcomed into the Endava family, as valued contributors and colleagues. They begin their journey with mentorship, and soft skills sessions on a personalised, dedicated learning platform. Quickly moving from theory to practice. As part of real delivery teams, they take on real responsibilities and solve meaningful challenges like designing smarter legal contract searches, task automation and using complex data to make actionable decisions.

The programme goes beyond technical skills. Participants grow in every direction, from communication and feedback to being ready for their next client. The goal? For Internship participants not only to be prepared to join the industry, but also to shape it.

Program Details:

• Start Date: February 2nd, 2026
• Duration: 6 months (until July 3th)
• Locations: Bogotá, Medellín and Cali
• Model: Hybrid

Qualifications

• Currently studying Systems Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or a related field.
• English level of B2 or above (a must!)
• You’re eligible and approved by your university to start your internship in January 2026 (first semester). This program is available for students from our Partner Universities (Please check the list of partner universities in the application form)
