Integrated into a Public Services team, the Tech Lead contributes to solution definition during pre-sales, animates the technical community, and participates in national technical direction activities like monitoring, training, and open innovation. The role involves technical design, employee support, and solving complex technical problems in a DevOps environment, ensuring quality, performance, and security. As an agile team member, the Tech Lead provides technical guidance to developers and participates in all project phases from requirements maturation to production deployment.

Job Description

Integrated into a team within our Public Services agency, serving our clients, you will be supported by a technical director and can jointly set operational objectives.

You contribute to the definition of solutions during pre-sales phases, you take part in animating the technical community in the North region and at the national level.

And if you wish, you can participate in the activities of the national technical direction: monitoring, training, mentoring, contribution to Sopra Steria's open innovation.

Your roles and missions:

The mission mainly consists of carrying out technical design activities, supporting collaborators, and solving complex technical problems in a DevOps environment where quality, performance, and security will be your challenges. Industrialization is a strong point of the team, and you are its guarantor, while being supported by one of the agency's Technical Directors.

Within an agile team, as a Tech Lead, you have the technical legitimacy to supervise and provide support to developers within the framework of your project. In addition, you apply your technical and functional skills by participating in the different phases of our projects.

• Participation in the maturation phases of needs from a technical angle.
• Participation in the design, development, and qualification phases of deliverables.
• Participation in the analysis, client acceptance, and delivery phases.
• Client support until production deployment.

You will evolve in a tech-driven environment.

Back: Java (Spring, JEE..)

Front: Nest.js, Vue.js, Angular, React.js

Qualifications

Your profile:

• You have a first successful technical leadership experience.
• You have good communication skills and enjoy working in a team.
• You have good interpersonal skills and a spirit of collaboration and mutual aid.
• You hold a Bac +5 or an engineering degree or equivalent.
• You have acquired at least 5 years of experience in this position.
