Trainee program in the quality department for Problem Solving

This 18-month training program offers an ideal start to your career, allowing you to understand the quality department in a dynamic automotive environment, including internal combustion engines and electromobility. You will learn to lead complex problem-solving cases using advanced techniques, contribute to improving problem-solving culture, and eventually support other problem solvers. The program includes a 6-month international work placement, leading to a specialist position in problem solving (Shainin) within the quality department.

Must Have

• Completed technical university education with a focus on mathematics, statistics, and physics, with a maximum of 2 years of professional experience after graduation.
• Enthusiasm for solving quality problems and AI data analytics, and a willingness to learn new things.
• Very good English proficiency.
• Communicative personality who can positively persuade and inspire.
• Very good analytical, technical, and strategic thinking.

Good to Have

• Experience with practice in a technical field or a stay abroad.
