Must Have

  • Identify target group needs and plan training programs.
  • Prepare, implement, and evaluate educational activities.
  • Develop digital skills and create e-learning content.
  • Propose and promote innovative learning solutions.
  • University degree in economics, technology, informatics, or andragogy.
  • Minimum two years lecturing and e-learning experience.
  • Ability to create and conduct IT training.
  • Active English (B2) for training delivery.
  • Advanced MS Office skills.
  • Experience with iSpring, Demobuilder, Articulate.
  • Excellent communication, organization, presentation skills.
  • Active driving license.

In the position of Specialist for Internal Training, you will create and implement educational programs that develop skills across the organization. Your task will be to connect business needs with modern forms of education – from e-learning to personal training.

Job Responsibilities

  • Identification of target group needs and planning of educational programs, trainings, and workshops in the area of applications, procedures, legislative requirements, knowledge, and skills.
  • Preparation, implementation, and evaluation of educational activities with the aim of ensuring continuous and targeted development of employee competencies and increasing their potential for current and future company needs.
  • Development of employees' digital skills, creation of digital content for educational activities, and proposal of solutions to support a digital mindset.
  • Proposal, updating, and coordination of key indicator evaluation, improving and streamlining the content and form of educational activities based on feedback, identified needs of target groups, management requirements, and company strategy.
  • Proposal and promotion of new digital forms of education, introduction of innovative and effective learning methods.

Who we are looking for

  • University education in economics, technology, informatics, or andragogy.
  • Minimum two years of experience in lecturing and creating e-learning content.
  • Ability to create and conduct IT training.
  • Active knowledge of English at B2 level, ability to conduct training in English.
  • Advanced MS Office proficiency, SAP knowledge is an advantage.
  • Experience with e-learning content creation tools such as iSpring, Demobuilder, Articulate, etc.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and presentation skills.
  • Independence, pleasant demeanor, and proactive approach.
  • Driving license - active driver.
  • Integrity.
