We are looking for a new colleague for our Documentation Update Group for as-built documentation (DSV) - electrical and I&C (control system) department. If you can read technical documentation and are proficient with graphic software for editing and drawing technical documentation, we are looking for you! The role involves independent project engineering in processing as-built documentation based on current partial data on project changes in the technical documentation archive, aiming to ensure its functionality and compliance with relevant standards and safety principles. You will update project documentation affected by the change process using appropriate graphic software in accordance with valid legislation, norms, and internal documentation.

Must Have

• Independently perform project engineering in as-built documentation (DSV) processing.
• Update project documentation using graphic software.
• Prepare and ensure approval of the as-built documentation update protocol.
• Perform project activities on safety class I, II, III equipment.
• Coordinate suppliers for DSV updates.
• Identify and verify available documents for project activities.
• Review and approve internally processed project documentation and DSV.
• Comment on and approve externally processed technical documentation and DSV.
• University degree (II. level) or high school with maturity exam - electrical focus.
• Minimum 3 years of experience for university degree, 7 years for high school degree.
• Knowledge of decree MPSVaR no. 508/2009.
• Advanced AutoCAD skills.
• Good orientation in technical documentation.
• Ability to obtain professional competence through a 3-month daily study.
• Intermediate English language.
• Driving license B.
• Integrity.

Job Description

• Independently perform project engineering activities in the field of as-built documentation (DSV) processing based on current partial data on project changes in the technical documentation archive, with the aim of ensuring its functionality and compliance with the requirements of relevant standards and safety principles.
• Implement the update of project documentation affected by the change process using appropriate graphic software in accordance with valid legislation, norms, and internal documentation.
• Prepare a protocol on the update of as-built documentation, together with its appendices, ensure its approval by the administrator, and complete the basic DSV package after the update is completed.
• Perform project activities on selected safety class I, II, III equipment. (Criterion B.18).
• Coordinate (technically) suppliers in the field of DSV updates.
• Identify and verify available documents in the initial phase of project activities in cooperation with expert departments.
• Review and approve internally processed project documentation and DSV.
• Comment on and approve technical documentation and DSV processed externally by the supplier.

Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for a technically skilled, responsible team player who perfectly masters AutoCAD. Other prerequisites and skills for the employee are:

• University education II. degree, or secondary education with a matriculation exam - electrical specialization.
• In case of university education, 3 years of experience required; in case of secondary education, 7 years of experience required.
• Knowledge of decree MPSVaR no. 508/2009.
• Authorization according to §5, 138/1992 Z.z. - an advantage.
• AutoCAD - advanced, also good orientation in technical documentation.
• Knowledge of Eplan or similar database system - an advantage.
• For this position, it is necessary to obtain professional competence by completing a 3-month daily study in a training center.
• English language - intermediate level.
