Role Summary

As a Frostbite Associate Quality Designer reporting to our Development Director, you'll identify, report on, and achieve quality targets within our QA department. You'll also support our partners across EA, monitor community channels, and analyze feedback to evaluate Frostbite's quality. This is a hybrid remote/in-office role with a minimum of 3 days per week in the office.

Your Success

You will:

  • Learn about Frostbite tools and services
  • Support and troubleshoot customer requests
  • Provide analytics reports on release quality
  • Understand Frostbite domains and provide them constructive feedback and insights

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of QA software testing and test planning
  • Experience in customer-facing technical/production support
  • Knowledge of software development, support workflows and practices
  • Familiarity with data-driven design and QA strategies
  • Proficiency with tools like Jira, Perforce and Visual Studio

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

The ranges listed below are what EA in good faith expects to pay applicants for this role in these locations at the time of this posting. If you reside in a different location, a recruiter will advise on the applicable range and benefits. Pay offered will be determined based on a number of relevant business and candidate factors (e.g. education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, or business needs).

PAY RANGES

  • British Columbia (depending on location e.g. Vancouver vs. Victoria) *$66,100 - $90,400 CAD

In British Columbia, we offer a package of benefits including vacation (3 weeks per year to start), 10 days per year of sick time, and extended health/dental/vision coverage and basic life insurance.
