Community Manager

Do you want to get into the gaming world and start a career right where games are made? At Pixel Federation, we are looking for someone to join our Community Management team, a group that is the voice of players and maintains the right vibe between them and us. Your main task will be to help players – communicate with them, solve their questions, and find solutions together with other teams like Game Design and QA. Over time, you will also get involved in other activities – community work, feedback collection and analysis, and direct involvement in game development.

Must Have

• Actively proficient in English
• Likes communication and can write clearly and empathetically
• Can make decisions, organize, and is not afraid of mental strain
• Interested in games and wants to develop in the gaming world

Good to Have

• Proficiency in another language is an advantage
