Job Description
This role as an Energy Leader involves supporting the supervisor in process startups, coordinating equipment reviews for operational safety, and managing maintenance documentation. Key responsibilities include providing technical advice, ensuring quality assurance through checklists, performing measurements, tracking work parts, and preparing shift reports. The position requires a Bachelor's or TSU degree in Machines and Tools, Production, or Maintenance, along with proficiency in basic and advanced technical skills, safety rules, welding processes, and measurement tools. English proficiency (TOEIC 200+) is also required.
Must have:
- Support to the supervisor in process startup
- Distribution of activities and coordination of equipment review (operational safety)
- Preparation of vouchers and technical maintenance documentation
- Technical advice for doubt resolution
- Administration and control of the quality assurance checklist in maintenance
- Execution of measurements and verification with internal clients
- Tracking of worked parts and documentation of results
- Preparation of reports, follow-up activities and formal shift handover
- Education level: Bachelor's degree or University Technical Superior (TSU)
- Specialty: Machines and Tools, Production or Maintenance
Good to have:
- Specialist level C or D in Die or Mold processes
- APW approval certification
- Score less than 80 in practical evaluation according to global basic technical olympiad measurement techniques

Applied Technical Knowledge:
- Basic and advanced techniques learned at RTC (Regional Training Center)
- Mastery of the 5 basic safety rules
- Application of welding processes
- High level of skill in the use of measurement tools
Desirable Experience:
- Specialist level C or D in Die or Mold processes
- APW approval certification
- Score less than 80 in practical evaluation according to global basic technical olympiad measurement techniques
Requirements:
- Education level: Bachelor's degree or University Technical Superior (TSU)
- Specialty: Machines and Tools, Production or Maintenance
- Language: English with a minimum score of 200 points in TOEIC
