This role focuses on developing and executing strategies to achieve business objectives and ensure continuity, specifically for Packaging operations. Responsibilities include guaranteeing Quality, Cost, and Time compliance KPIs for current models, monitoring project progress and costs, promoting digitization, and leading a team with coaching and guidance. The position emphasizes cost quality delivery and compliance with company policies.
Must have:

  • Monitor each project progress, objectives, and costs according to the budgets and established time frames.

  • Promote compliance with company policies.
Good to have:
  • Engineering degree (preferably)
  • Packaging development experience
  • Supply chain management experience
  • Material Handling experience
  • Production control experience
  • Purchasing experience
  • Project management experience
