Job Description
This role focuses on developing and executing strategies to achieve business objectives and ensure continuity, specifically for Packaging operations. Responsibilities include guaranteeing Quality, Cost, and Time compliance KPIs for current models, monitoring project progress and costs, promoting digitization, and leading a team with coaching and guidance. The position emphasizes cost quality delivery and compliance with company policies.
Must have:
- Develop and execute strategies aimed to achieve the business plan objectives and ensure business continuity.
- Guarantee Quality, Cost and Time compliance KPIs related to Packaging operation for current models
- Monitor each project progress, objectives, and costs according to the budgets and established time frames.
- Promote the digitization
- People leader, provide coaching and guidance.
- Focus on cost quality delivery [ product and service]
- Promote compliance with company policies.
Good to have:
- Engineering degree (preferably)
- Packaging development experience
- Supply chain management experience
- Material Handling experience
- Production control experience
- Purchasing experience
- Project management experience
