The role involves supporting the development, optimisation, and delivery of high-performance engines for motorsport programmes. Key responsibilities include data analysis, IC engine calibration, dyno testing, performance correlation, and hands-on support for engine builds and event operations. The ideal candidate will have a BEng or MEng degree in Motorsport, Automotive, or Mechanical Engineering, a thorough understanding of internal combustion engines, and a drive to excel in a high-performance engineering environment.

Must Have

• Support the development and validation of high-performance engines
• Conduct data analysis, IC Engine calibration, dyno testing, and performance correlation activities
• Work closely with design and build teams to solve complex engineering challenges
• Prepare post event reports and bulletins to include event and performance analysis of the engine
• Provide hands-on support for engine builds, dyno sessions, and event operations
• Help drive an integrated and collaborative approach to improving performance aspects, including identifying and resolving technical issues
• Educated to BEng or MEng degree level in Motorsport Engineering/Technology, Automotive, or Mechanical Engineering
• Thorough understanding of internal combustion engines and their systems

• At least 2 years’ experience working in a similar engine engineering role in motorsport, including racing or rallying

Preferred Experience:

• At least 2 years’ experience working in a similar engine engineering role in motorsport. This can include racing or rallying.
