Job Description

As an Intern, you will join a key team to support the analysis, design, and implementation of strategies that increase productivity at all organizational levels. You will collaborate in workflow analysis, support the implementation of digital tools and methodologies (Lean, Agile, OKRs), assist in coordinating with various teams for process efficiency, and help create materials and workshops on time management and productivity best practices.

Must Have:

Passion for continuous improvement and great organizational skills
Real interest in process management, productivity, or consulting
Good communication skills, eagerness to learn, and proactivity in problem-solving
Currently studying or recently completed a University Degree in Engineering
Results-oriented and committed to teamwork in an international environment
Good level of English and Spanish (B2-C1)

To be selected, you must meet the following requirements:

Be currently studying or have recently completed a University Degree in Engineering.
Have a results-oriented approach and commitment to teamwork in an international environment.
Good level of English and Spanish (B2-C1).
