What You Need To Have To Apply

Currently pursuing a degree in: Engineering.

Availability for a 6-hour internship per day, from 7:45 AM to 2:45 PM

Intermediate knowledge of Office/Google Suite

Intermediate English will be a plus

Availability to work in person.

A Brief Description Of The Position's Activities

• Management, monitoring and daily reporting of RPA (Reinforce Product Audit)
• Participation and execution of first-level analysis of parts returned under warranty
• Participation in daily meetings for warranty problem resolution
• Support in problem-solving with the multifunctional team
• Support in preparing warranty technical analysis reports
• Updating warranty department KPIs
