The Engineering Manager is responsible for leading the Engineering team, ensuring continuous improvement of equipment, services, and buildings. This role focuses on ensuring operational efficiency under safety, quality, service, and cost standards, aligned with corporate objectives. The responsibilities include implementing and supervising EHS and quality standards, managing CAPEX and OPEX, leading equipment validation and instrument calibration processes, designing and executing the plant master plan, supervising engineering audits, and acting as the Compliance Officer. The role also involves ensuring compliance with local procedures and aligning with QMS, optimizing the spare parts inventory policy, and developing team capabilities. The job requires an Engineering graduate, preferably in industrial, mechanical, electromechanical, or electrical engineering, with at least 8 years of experience in the pharmaceutical, cosmetic, or mass consumption industry, along with advanced English proficiency and computer skills.
Must have:
  • Engineering graduate, preferably in industrial, mechanical, or electrical.
  • 8+ years of experience in pharma, cosmetic, or mass consumption.
  • Expertise in equipment maintenance and production lines.
  • Knowledge of EHS, GMP, quality, safety, and sustainability.
  • Advanced English and computer skills.

El/ la Gerente de Ingeniería es responsable de dirigir el equipo de Ingeniería, asegurando la mejora continua de equipos, servicios y edificios. Su enfoque debe garantizar eficiencia operativa bajo estándares de seguridad, calidad, servicio y costo, alineados con los objetivos corporativos.

 

Principales responsabilidades: 

·       Implementar y supervisar estándares de EHS y calidad, promoviendo mejoras.

·       Gestionar CAPEX y OPEX del sitio, optimizando recursos.

·       Liderar procesos de validaciones de equipos y calibración de instrumentos.

·       Diseñar y ejecutar el plan maestro de planta (FIP) para mejoras en activos.

·       Supervisar auditorías de ingeniería y cumplimiento de normativas.

·       Actuar como Responsable de Cumplimiento, liderando estrategias de seguridad industrial y sustentabilidad.

·       Asegurar cumplimiento de procedimientos locales y alineación con QMS.

·       Optimizar la política de inventario de repuestos.

·       Desarrollar capacidades del equipo y gestionar talentos con enfoque en diversidad.

 

¿Por qué TÚ? 

 

Tus calificaciones: 

·       Ingeniero graduado, preferiblemente en industrial, mecánico, electromecánico o eléctrico.

·       +8 años de experiencia en farmacéutica, cosmética o consumo masivo, con conocimiento en gestión de presupuesto y proyectos.

·       Expertise en mantenimiento de equipos y líneas de producción con automatización avanzada.

·       Conocimientos en EHS, GMP, calidad, seguridad y sustentabilidad.

·       Inglés avanzado y manejo de herramientas informáticas.

·       Habilidades de liderazgo, trabajo en equipo y toma de decisiones estratégicas.
