Job Description
OpenAI's Financial Engineering team, part of Applied Engineering, is dedicated to effectively monetizing diverse products and tailoring the billing stack. We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to centralize a pricing & packaging platform, enabling all OpenAI teams to accelerate product shipment and monetization. This role involves building inclusive teams, coaching engineers, and collaborating cross-functionally with GTM and Finance teams to deliver scalable, customer-centric solutions.
