The Apple Services Engineering (ASE) organization is seeking an Engineering Program Manager, AI/ML. This role involves driving and shipping large, multi-functional programs and feature areas within a dynamic marketplace for music, movies, TV shows, books, and apps. Responsibilities include leading all aspects of concurrent features, managing program execution, risk assessments, and formulating roadmaps through collaboration with cross-functional partners. The position offers the chance to work with cutting-edge Generative AI capabilities and deliver ML/AI-driven platforms and features. The ideal candidate will possess strong fundamentals, take ownership of outcomes, communicate clearly, and contribute to team success and continuous improvement.

- Drive and ship large, multi-functional programs and feature areas.
- Lead all aspects of multiple concurrent features, including scope, requirements, timelines, and prioritization.
- Day-to-day tasks include program management, execution, and risk assessments to meet overall program goals.
- Foster collaboration across a broad team of cross-functional partners to formulate roadmaps.
- Play an active role in improving capabilities being built in the Apple Services Engineering organization.
- Help set the strategy and communicate status and issues to stakeholders at all levels.
- Collaborate with Design, Engineering, Data Science, QA, Legal, Finance, Privacy, Anti-Fraud, Business Operations, and other organizations to develop and enhance Apple Services Engineering’s suite of features.
