Engineering Program Manager, AI/ML

The Apple Services Engineering (ASE) organization is seeking an Engineering Program Manager, AI/ML. This role involves driving and shipping large, multi-functional programs and feature areas within a dynamic marketplace for music, movies, TV shows, books, and apps. Responsibilities include leading all aspects of concurrent features, managing program execution, risk assessments, and formulating roadmaps through collaboration with cross-functional partners. The position offers the chance to work with cutting-edge Generative AI capabilities and deliver ML/AI-driven platforms and features. The ideal candidate will possess strong fundamentals, take ownership of outcomes, communicate clearly, and contribute to team success and continuous improvement.

• Collaborate with Design, Engineering, Data Science, QA, Legal, Finance, Privacy, Anti-Fraud, Business Operations, and other organizations to develop and enhance Apple Services Engineering’s suite of features.
